RETURNS

We know how easily our minds can change this why we offer 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received.

If your purchase from Kelsia Hernandez is in the same condition that you received is not damaged or altered, you are eligible to return the product. The items do need to be in the original packaging for example with the product tag and price tag, you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We have the right to not accept merchandise that is not eligible for returns or refunds for presenting altered or damaged conditions.

REFUNDS

We will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We offer store credit to change your thing for another item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
